We use your audio data exclusively for the purpose of providing transcriptions. We NEVER use your data to train machine learning models or AI algorithms. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

To prioritise privacy, we implement a strict data retention policy:

• Automated Deletion: Uploaded audio files are permanently deleted from our servers 30 days after processing as part of our commitment to data minimisation. Generated text transcripts are retained indefinitely for your convenience unless manually deleted.
• Manual Deletion: You can delete your transcriptions and account at any time, which triggers the immediate and permanent removal of all associated data (including audio files and transcripts).

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS protocols. Data at rest is stored in secure, private Google Cloud Storage buckets with restricted access controls.
