2. Description of Service

AIAudioScribe provides AI-powered audio transcription services. We prioritise user privacy and data security. Features include audio-to-text conversion, transcription editing, and secure storage.

3. Credits and Payments

• Non-Refundable: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable.
• No Cash Value: Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
• Usage: Credits are deducted based on the exact duration of the audio processed.
• Expiration: Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

4. Data Privacy and Ownership

You retain full ownership of your uploaded audio and generated transcripts. We do not use your data to train AI models. Uploaded audio files are automatically deleted from our servers 30 days after processing as part of our commitment to data minimisation. Generated text transcripts are retained indefinitely unless manually deleted by the user.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service for any illegal purposes or to process content that violates any laws or third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

AIAudioScribe is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes via the application.
